To cancel your order, you must inform us by calling our helpline or let us know of your decision to cancel the order by email. You may use the model cancellation form, although it is not obligatory. Once completed, submit it electronically to the email address above or post it to the postal address above marked for Refund and Cancellation. If you do not use the model cancellation form you must clearly state your intention to cancel the products. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Processing time: 2-7 days.
